Sleep When You're Dead (Travel Reflections)
First conceived on our 2005 Hawaiian vacation, when one sleeps, one misses plane flights, ship boardings, and rail departures. When at travel one needs a minimum of sleep and a maximum of photo friendly sunlight. He or she who waits and whines loses the moment (and the photo). For those serious enough to holster an SLR, or a pocket Elph, in persuit of the "photo of the century" our experience posits the sage suggestion of our family motto: "Sleep When You're Dead!"
